TOWIE's Bobby Norris shares shock death threats he receives from homophobic trolls

Bobby Norris has shared some of the shocking homophobic abuse he receives on a daily basis - including graphic death threats.

The ex TOWIE star, 32, is campaigning to make online homophobic abuse a hate crime, and a parliamentary debate is scheduled to take place in July.

To prove why he's so serious about this issue, Bobby has been sharing a selection of vile messages from trolls bullying him about his sexuality on Instagram .

In one shocking tirade, a woman named Sandra told him she'd stab him with an 11-inch blade, as she revealed her hope he'd "drown in the north sea".

Bobby wrote: "Sandra Sandra Sandra.. what an absolute embarrassment of a woman you really are, threatening someone with an 11-inch blade!

"I’d be absolutely disgusted if you were my mother.. I hope your two children have more respect for people than you do."

In other messages trolls accused him of having HIV and called him a "freak".

Bobby said: "Roll on my debate at Parliament on the 1st July, it’s time for change!!"

Bobby's petition has reached 137,640 signatures, almost 40,000 more than the 100,000 needed to be considered for a debate in parliament.

The government responded: "The Government recognises the harm that homophobic online messages can cause.

"We are working cross-Government to challenge inequality and make the UK’s online environment a safer place for everyone."
