Tourist finds two INSECTS in 'disgusting' breakfast baguette at airport

A tourist was sickened after finding two insects in a baguette he bought at an airport today.

Martin 'Beanz' Warde grabbed some food before boarding a coach at Dublin Airport .

But Martin, a comedian and writer, found the bugs embedded in the bread.

"Just bought this breakfast roll in the shop at terminal 1 at @DublinAirport.

"Why are there two weird looking insects stuck to it? F**king disgusting," Martin wrote on Twitter alongside a disgusting picture of the roll.

The man tweeted the airport after the discovery (@martinbeanz)

"They look like they were mid throws of love making too, lucky little sh***."

But Martin told Dublin Live he has "eaten much worse".

The funnyman added: "I'm on a protein rich diet and you wouldn't complain if a barman accidentally gave you an extra pint. I ate them.

"I didn't make a complaint, I did tweet them however, with no response.

"It looks like the roll was used to swat two flies that may have been on a counter.

"I'm more annoyed I wasn't asked if I'd like flies with that. They missed a trick there I reckon."

When asked if a lifetime supply of food at the Airport would make up for his experience, Martin concluded "I'm currently overweight so I shouldn't have even had one breakfast roll.

"A lifetime of them might prove to be less valuable than first thought."

A spokeswoman for Dublin Airport told Dublin Live she was apologetic to Martin for his recent experience at the airport and to pass on his contact details in order to rectify the matter.
