Tourist drivers asked to use special plates after spate of Highlands crashes

  • A new road safety campaign in Scotland is encouraging tourists driving in the Highlands to display "T plates" to help reduce crashes.
  • The green "T plates", which have "tourist" written on them, are designed to alert other road users that the driver may be unfamiliar with Scottish routes.
