Touchdown Wire remains low on Browns despite win vs. Ravens

Despite winning four of their last five games, and despite beating the buzzsaw that was the Baltimore Ravens, Touchdown Wire’s Jarrett Bailey remains mum on the Cleveland Browns. Sitting at 6-3, looking to make it 7-3 and five of their last six this week against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Bailey slots the Browns as just the 14th-best team in the NFL in his weekly power rankings.

Sitting above the Browns are three teams they have already tallied wins against in 2023. All of the Ravens, San Francisco 49ers, and Cincinnati Bengals are ranked above the Browns in Bailey’s newest edition of his power rankings.

The Browns, however, sit in front of the Steelers, who they look to dismantle this week. Maybe another win and a 7-3 record will make it enough for Bailey to jump on the bandwagon.

Needless to say, the Browns rank much higher in Browns Wire’s weekly power rankings, falling into the no. 7 slot after another gritty win against a Super Bowl contender.
