'Touch Me Not' wins top prize at Berlin film festival

A Romanian film about the fear of intimacy is the surprise winner of this year's top prize at the Berlin International Film Festival. "Touch Me Not" was picked out of 18 other films, including US director Wes Anderson's star-studded entry, "Isle of Dogs".
