Tottenham XI vs West Ham: Confirmed lineup, team news and latest injuries for Premier League today

Nuno Espirito Santo had already picked his starting XI for Tottenham’s trip to West Ham after leaving 11 players at home for Thursday’s defeat to Vitesse Arnhem in the Europa Conference League.

None of the side that started in the Netherlands did anything to suggest to the Portuguese boss that they are worthy of a place in his Premier League lineup.

The starting XI from last Sunday’s 3-2 win at Newcastle all return at the London Stadium, having remained at Hotspur Way to train under the instruction of assistant head coach Ian Cathro.

Nuno will be aiming to take points from a London derby for the first time after consecutive defeats to Crystal Palace, Chelsea and Arsenal last month.

Spurs XI: Lloris; Royal, Dier, Romero, Reguilon; Hojbjerg, Skipp; Lucas, Ndombele, Son; Kane

Subs: Gollini, Sanchez, Tanganga, Rodon, Davies, Dele, Lo Celso, Bergwijn, Gil

Where: London Stadium

When: Sunday, October 24, 2pm BST

TV: Sky Sports Main Event / Premier League

Referee: Paul Tierney

Absent: Doherty (unknown), Sessegnon (hamstring)
