Jose Mourinho will be without left-back Ben Davies as he takes charge of his first Champions League match as Tottenham manager this evening.
The Welsh defender was brought in from the cold by Mourinho for the Premier League win over West Ham on the weekend, but was forced off with an ankle injury.
Danny Rose is likely to start in his place, while Mourinho could decide to rotate in the centre of midfield, having started with Eric Dier and Harry Winks at the London Stadium.
Dele Alli looks set to continue in the number 10 role in which he excelled in that match, feeding an attacking trio of Harry Kane, Son Heung-Min and Lucas Moura.
Meanwhile, all eyes will be on Mourinho's decision regarding Christian Eriksen. The Dane, who is out of contract in the summer, was left out of Saturday's win, and it is not yet clear whether he is part of the new manager's plans.
Tottenham predicted XI: Gazzaniga, Aurier, Sanchez, Alderweireld, Rose, Sissoko, Dier, Alli, Son, Lucas, Kane.
Olympiacos predicted XI: Sa, Tsimikas, Meriah, Semedo, Torosidis, Guilherme, Bouchalakis, Valbuena, Masouras, Podence, El Yarabi.
