Tottenham XI vs Leicester City: Confirmed team news, starting lineup, latest injuries today

Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho has named an unnamed side for the third game in a row as Leicester City visit north London this afternoon.

Serge Aurier has returned from compassionate leave as expected, though Japhet Tanganga is an option off the bench having trained in the position this week.

Eric Dier (suspended) and Dele Alli (hamstring) are both set to return for the final game of the season against Crystal Palace, so sit this one out. Tanguy Ndombele ruled out of the rest of the campaign with a hamstring problem.

The performances of Steven Bergwijn and Erik Lamela, who both earned assists from the bench at St. James' Park, will have given Mourinho food for thought but he opts for the attrition of Lucas Moura, while Heung-min Son is hitting a vein of form.

In midfield, Giovani Lo Celso is continuing to struggle with a niggling groin problem but starts and be replaced, as against Arsenal and Newcastle.

Confirmed line-ups

Tottenham XI: Lloris, Aurier, Sanchez, Alderweireld, Davies, Sissoko, Winks, Lo Celso, Lucas Moura, Kane, Son
Subs: Vertonghen, Lamela, Sessegnon, Foyth, Gazzaniga, Bergwijn, Skipp, Fernandes, Tanganga

Leicester City XI: Schmeichel, Bennett, Morgan, Evans, Justin, Ndidi, Tielemans, Thomas, Perez, Vardy, Barnes
Subs: Gray, Ward, Iheanacho, Choudhury, James, Mendy, Praet, Johnson, Hirst

Referee: Anthony Taylor (Cheshire)
