As Mourinho confirmed in his pre-match press conference, Harry Kane starts despite Spurs holding a 2-0 lead from first leg.
Dele Alli starts for Tottenham, while Gareth Bale is on the bench. Spurs are without Heung-min Son after the forward pulled up with a hamstring injury against Arsenal.
Serge Aurier comes in at right-back after Matt Doherty struggled in Sunday’s north London derby.
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is suspended and Tanguy Ndombele has been given a rest and is on the bench, so Harry Winks and Moussa Sissoko start in midfield.
Giovani Lo Celso is back on the bench after his injury lay-off.
Young striker Dane Scarlett and defender Marcel Lavinier are also among the substitutes.
