Tottenham XI vs AC Milan: Starting lineup, confirmed team news, injury latest for Champions League tonight

Tottenham manager Antonio Conte has opted against changes fo tonight’s crunch Champions League last-16 second leg against AC Milan.

Defender Eric Dier is suspended following his booking in the 1-0 defeat at San Siro last month, meaning Clement Lenglet keeps his place alongside Ben Davies and Cristian Romero.

Emerson Royal has sat out the last two matches but gets the nod over Pedro Porro at right wing-back, while Ivan Perisic keeps his place on the opposite flank while Ben Davies fills in at the back.

Conte's biggest decision comes in the front three, where Richarlison again misses out to Heung-min Son alongside Dejan Kulusevski and Harry Kane.

Hugo Lloris, Rodrigo Bentancur (both knee), Yves Bissouma (ankle) and Ryan Sessegnon (hamstring) are expected to remain sidelined for Spurs.

Predicted Tottenham XI (3-4-3): Forster; Romero, Lenglet, Davies; Emerson, Skipp, Hojbjerg, Perisic; Son, Kulusevski, Kane.
