Tottenham vs Wolves confirmed starting XI: Harry Kane and Dele Alli return, Tanguy Ndombele misses out

Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Jan Vertonghen all return to the Tottenham starting XI against Wolves on Sunday.

The trio were all rested for Wednesday’s Champions League clash with Bayern Munich with Tottenham’s place in the knockout stages of that competition already assured.

Heung-min Son, who played for 25 minutes after coming on as a second-half sub in Munich, also returns to the first-team but Ryan Sessegnon, who scored his first goal for the club in that same match, drops to the bench.

Harry Winks is deemed fit enough for the bench after his recent injury, where he joins Christian Eriksen and summer signing Giovani lo Celso.

Wolves XI: Rui Patricio, Dendoncker, Coady, Saiss, Doherty, Joao Moutinho, Neves, Jonny, Traore, Jimenez, Jota.

Subs: Bennett, Pedro Neto, Cutrone, Ruddy, Ruben Vinagre, Kilman, Ashley-Seal.

Tottenham XI: Gazzaniga, Aurier, Sanchez, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Sissoko, Dier, Lucas Moura, Alli, Son, Kane.

Subs: Winks, Lo Celso, Sessegnon, Foyth, Eriksen, Skipp, Whiteman.

Referee: Stuart Attwell (Warwickshire)
