Tottenham's injury list shows no sign of shortening ahead of their London derby clash against West Ham.
Serge Aurier (hamstring), Erik Lamela (hamstring), Moussa Sissoko (groin), Harry Winks (groin) and Harry Kane (ankle) are all still out.
Mauricio Pochettino hopes Harry Kane will be fit if his side can reach the Champions League final.
The Spurs boss said: "I hope, yes. I think he's doing well but you know, today, I cannot guess.
"If you said to me today, my gut is maybe he can be available, because I know Harry Kane, the determination to work and to be focused and recover as soon as possible but I am not a doctor. This is only my gut."
Pochettino also has concerns over some unnamed players as a gruelling fixture list takes its toll.
Meanwhile, West Ham can welcome back Manuel Lanzini, Javier Hernandez and Aaron Cresswell.
Lanzini (groin), Hernandez (ear infection) and Cresswell (knee) all missed last weekend's 2-2 draw against Leicester.
Samir Nasri (calf) is due back next week while Carlos Sanchez is close to returning from a long-term knee injury. Winston Reid (knee), Andy Carroll (ankle) and Andriy Yarmolenko (Achilles) remain sidelined.
Predicted line-ups:
Tottenham XI: Lloris, Trippier, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Davies, Dier, Wanyama, Eriksen, Alli, Son, Llorente
West Ham XI: Fabianski, Zabaleta, Balbuena, Diop, Masuaku, Rice, Noble, Anderson, Antonio, Arnautovic, Hernandez
