Tottenham vs Red Star Belgrade live stream: How to watch Champions League match online and on TV

Tottenham gave their season a much-needed shot in the arm with a 5-0 demolition of Red Star Belgrade in the Champions League.

It has been a horrible start to the campaign for Mauricio Pochettino's men, who had only won three games before this, but they put all their problems behind them in a pulsating display in Group B.

Harry Kane and Son Heung-min both scored twice while Erik Lamela had a red letter day on his 200th appearance for the club, adding a second-half goal to his two assists.

Pochettino, who has admitted his job could be on the line if their slump continues, will hope this can be the start of a resurgence, though that will be put to the immediate test in their next game when they visit Liverpool in the Premier League.

It has to be said that Red Star, who somehow were supported by over 200 fans despite a ban by UEFA, were not up to much, but Spurs were simply too hot to handle and produced a result that went some way to righting the wrongs of that 7-2 humiliation at the hands of Bayern Munich last time out.

It also had importance in their ambitions of making it out of the group as they now move into second place and will fancy their chances of progressing.

PA

Good afternoon and welcome to our live coverage of Tottenham Hotspur vs Red Star Belgrade.

We will bring you live coverage of the Uefa Youth League meeting between the two sides, before the big one: the Champions League clash kicking-off at 8pm.
Spurs haven't had the greatest start to their Champions League campaign this season. An opening fixture draw with Olympiacos was followed by a demolishing defeat at home to Bayern Munich.

They look to make things right tonight against Red Star who sit second in Group B, but first up the youth teams go head-to-head
Quite strangely the Tottenham Hotspur under 19s have started their UEFA Youth League campaign in the same fashion as the first team.

A 1-1 draw away at Olympiacos in September was followed by a 4-1 defeat at home to Bayern Munich.

That leaves the youth side in fourth position with a win much needed.

Could the youth team's result this afternoon reflect the first team's this evening?
The u19s haven't won a UEFA League game since February. In that match they travelled to PAOK Thessaloniki FC and came away with a 1-0 win.

Since then they've played three matches, against Porto, Olympiacos and Bayern Munich and have lost two with one draw.

They'll be hoping for a change in fortunes today.

Here are the fixtures for the other youth games today:
This will be the first time the two youth sides have faced each other. They both set up in 4-4-2 formations but that could change at kick off.

Recent form shows Tottenham have two wins out of their last five games but they were way earlier in the year.

Red Star's 2-1 victory over Olympiacos earlier this month was their first victory in five matches and a 0-0 draw with Bayern Munich sees them second in the table on goal difference.
Ten minutes to go until kick off, both teams need a win but Tottenham's home advantage may be the edge they need to get over the line.

YELLOW CARD

12 mins: More silky possession from Tottenham, they're switching the play and looking for an opening. Robson is penalised for a poor challenge and Red Star can get the ball forward, Babic loses it and Tottenham regain possession.

Tottenham u19 1 - 0 Red Star u19

21 mins: Tottenham's defence has been pretty solid so far, Red Star have only managed one shot, from a long way out.

Bennett is asked to run on to a long ball but it's too far away for him to catch up to before it goes into touch.
Tottenham u19 1 - 0 Red Star u19

24 mins: Good defending from Mitrovic sees take the ball off Parrott in the box but he then loses it to the same man. Parrott passes the ball to Bennett and runs into the box, he receives the return pass and shoots but Katic makes a good low save.

The ball is changed.
Tottenham u19 1 - 0 Red Star u19

27 mins: Solid defending from Bowden sees Babic foul him as he puts his body between the man and the ball and is taken down.

Red Star are making the game a physical contest in midfield but when Spurs have been able to find some space out wide they've created problems for the visitors.

GOAL!
Tottenham u19 2 - 0 Red Star u19 - Parrott

30 mins: GOAL! That gives Spurs a nice little cushion. Bennett plays the ball early with a cutting pass into the box. Parrott lets the ball go across him and he shoots powerfully. Katic has no chance really as the ball rattles into the top corner.
