Tottenham vs PSV Eindhoven: Champions League team news and starting line-ups revealed

Tottenham have made six changes for their must-win Champions League clash with PSV.

Paolo Gazzaniga starts in goal for the suspended Hugo Lloris, with Michel Vorm seemingly being demoted to third-choice keeper.

Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli return, with Moussa Sissoko and the injured Mousa Dembele making way, while Erik Lamela is dropped in favour of Heung-min Son.

Finally, Kieran Trippier makes way for Serge Aurier and Davinson Sanchez comes in for Juan Foyth in defence.

Spurs know anything less than a win will all but sacrifice their faint hopes of reaching the Champions League knockout stages and could even confirm their fate should Inter beat Barcelona at San Siro.

Tottenham XI: Gazzaniga, Aurier, Alderweireld, Sanchez, Davies, Winks, Eriksen, Dele, Lucas, Son, Kane

Subs: Vorm, Trippier, Walker-Peters, Skipp, Sissoko, Lamela, Llorente

PSV XI: Zoet, Dumfries, Schwaab, Viergever, Angelino, Rosario, Hendrix, Pereiro, Bergwijn, De Jong, Lozano

Subs: Room, Sainsbury, Behich, Ramselaar, Guti, Mauro, Malen
