Tottenham 1-0 Newcastle
Premier League 2018-19
Venue: Wembley Stadium
Tottenham once again left it late to secure victory as Heung-min Son's goal was enough to seal a 1-0 win against Newcastle at Wembley - and send Spurs into second place in the Premier League table.
In what was a dull contest on Saturday afternoon, Son and Fernando Llorente combined as they did to so great an effect against Watford three days earlier to score the only goal against relegation-battlers Newcastle.
The goal came seven minutes from time after Llorente chested the ball into Son's path before the South Korea's powerful effort flew under Martin Dubravka and into the back of the net.
The late win - Spurs' third in a row in the Premier League in such circumstances - sent the club one point above City, with Pep Guardiola's side still to play this weekend.

Score prediction: Tottenham 2-1 Newcastle
Spurs have not been at their best of late as they lack a number of key players, but have developed a knack of scoring late winners.
Newcastle will be buoyed by their win over Man City and completing the club-record signing of Miguel Almiron, but Spurs should have enough to get over the line.
