Eric Dier starts at centre-back alongside Davinson Sanchez for Spurs, with Moussa Sissoko and Harry Winks in midfielder - and Tanguy Ndombele among the substitutes.
Stephen Bergwign, Erik Lamela and Heung-min Son support Kane for Jose Mourinho's hosts, while Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has opted for pace up front with Rashford, Anthony Martial and Dan James.
Bruno Fernandes, Fred and Scott McTominay make up a midfield three, with Pogba on the bench - not much of a surprise considering Solskjaer wishes to ease the World Cup winner back in gradually after so long out due to injury.
