The International Champions Cup encounter in Singapore kicks off an intriguing run of fixtures for Spurs, who take on Manchester United in Shanghai next week before travelling to Munich for an Audi Cup meeting with Real Madrid.
Club-record signing Tanguy Ndombele could make his Tottenham debut against the reigning Serie A champions, but Serge Aurier, Davinson Sanchez and Victor Wanyama did not make the trip after playing for their countries at international tournaments.

Matthijs de Ligt is in Maurizio Sarri's tour squad after completing his big-money switch to Juve, but Aaron Ramsey - along with captain Giorgio Chiellini, Mattia Perin, Douglas Costa, Sami Khedira, Marko Pjaca, Moise Kean and Luca Pellegrini - did not travel, so misses out on a debut against his former rivals.
