Tottenham have moved above Manchester City into second after a second demolition job in just four days, dispatching Bournemouth 5-0 on Boxing Day.
Having left it late against Burnley in their last home game, Spurs took no chances as a brace from Heung-min Son in and around goals from Christian Eriksen, Lucas Moura and Harry Kane made it 11 goals in two games for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Eriksen and Son benefited from a deflection and an individual error early on, but from there Spurs never looked back.
