Tottenham v Liverpool odds and betting on a day Jurgen Klopp's men are tipped not to win

Another day, another obstacle to be overcome in the quest for the Holy Grail.

The next three tests all promise to be tricky for Jurgen Klopp's men. But this side has proved to be adept at sidestepping them.

We asked our Liverpool correspondent Paul Gorst how he thinks the Reds will fare in this this latest challenge - and which are the best bets to follow at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Win, lose or draw?

Tough one, this. Liverpool were far superior to Spurs in their Anfield meeting earlier in the season and the arrival of Jose Mourinho hasn't been the magic wand many had hoped over the fortunes of the north Londoners. But the spoiler Mourinho will have a plan and I think the Reds might double the amount of points they have dropped this term on the first-ever visit to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Draw. Which is a huge 16/5 with thepools.com.

Who's a good bet for 1st scorer?

No Harry Kane for the hosts, but Dele Alli is always a threat. I think it might be Sadio Mane causing the damage here, however. The in-form Senegal forward might not earn you your fortune, but he is a safe bet to break the deadlock. And 4/1 is still a solid enough price for first scorer. He could turn your fiver into £25, while he's 6/5 to score at any time.

Who's on pens?

That'll be Mo Salah - another safe option to get on the scoresheet. The Egyptian King famously rattled one past Hugo Lloris from 12 yards in the Champions League final at the beginning of June. He will step up if the Reds are awarded a spot kick. He's the shortest price of any Liverpool player to score first at 15/4, while he's 11/10 to score at any time.

Will Liverpool keep a clean sheet?

From clean sheet famine to feast, Liverpool haven't conceded in the Premier League since the 5-2 hammering of Everton on December 4; a run of five games. Usually, I'd fancy them to add to it, but Spurs away is difficult. I think the home side might breach the Reds' rearguard on Saturday evening. Both Teams To Score is a skinny 8/13 while Both Teams To Score and Either Side To Win is 5/4.

Yellow card?

Moussa Sissoko has picked up a half dozen yellows so far this term. He could be a healthy bet in the rough and tumble of midfield.
