Tottenham unveil Nike third kit for 2019-20 season with AJ Tracey ahead of Champions League debut

Tottenham have unveiled their third kit for the 2019-20 season with the help of UK rap star AJ Tracey,

The Spurs fan is among the first to wear the light-blue Nike retro pattern, which has been designed to "bring back the famous shade synonymous with the talent that helped carve the way for the club’s future success."

The club badge has an elevated trim to emphasis the retro aesthetic and has been coupled with Nike's ‘Futura’ logo, which is the name above the classic 'swoosh'. A dark-blue trim and button-down collar is accompanied by dark blue shorts and light blue socks.

The kit will be worn for the first time as Spurs kick off their Champions League campaign away at Olympiacos on September 18.

“Everyone will see the retro influence, it’s a tribute to the jersey culture of the 90s,” said Tottenham striker Harry Kane.

“When you see the light blue you think of those players that paved the way, and I hope this year we can wear it with pride to go all the way.”

AJ Tracey added: “It’s one of my favourite jerseys for sure, the light blue pops and the retro aesthetic goes down well. I can’t wait to wear it to the European games especially this season.”

The kit is available to purchase from September 4.
