Tottenham Hotspur are still hoping to do business on domestic transfer deadline day, which closes today at 5pm.
Spurs had a busy international transfer window, signing a host of new players in order to try and close the gap to the top-four including forward Carlos Vinicius.
Jose Mourinho does not seem completely satisfied with just that, though, and still looks to be chasing one more deal before Friday’s cut-off point.
Here are the latest Tottenham transfer rumours.
Tottenham 'offer increased add-ons' for EFL star
Tottenham are said to be prepared to increase their offer for Joe Rodon ahead of tonight's domestic transfer deadline day.
Swansea are demanding an £18m fee for his services, reports in South Wales claim, but Spurs do not value the young defender at that price.
And so it is believed that Daniel Levy will approach the Swans once again today to offer a deal with increased add ons, confident that a deal can be struck between the two clubs.
Swansea have already rejected a £7m bid for his services as they fight to land a price they are happy with before 5pm this evening.
Danny Rose exit close as wage talks continue
Spurs left-back Danny Rose is said to be close to joining Middlesbrough before 5pm this evening.
The 28-year-old will join Boro in a deal that will see Tottenham fund half of his wages during his time in the Championship, predicts ex-England international Kevin Phillips.
Phillips told FootballInsider: "If you have not been given a squad number then the writing is on the wall.
“No club is going to take him and pay his full wages. Certainly not a club like Boro who have not started particularly well in the Championship. There is no way they would bring him in and pay his whole wages.
“I am sure a deal will get struck where it is a 75/25 per cent split, or even a 50/50 split between the two clubs.
“Spurs will just want to get him away from the club. I like Danny Rose but for the player and the club a move away is best.”
