Tottenham are still on course to reach the Europa League.
It may not be the European competition they would like, but Jose Mourinho's men are closing in on a spot in Europe for next season.
While that will be a consolation, work will need to be done in the transfer market to transform the current squad into one that can vie for a Champions League spot next season.
With the summer window just over a week away, there are players aplenty being linked with Tottenham.
Below, we took at all the latest rumours.
Tanganga blow
Tottenham's talks with young defender Japhet Tanganga have stalled.
According to The Athletic, Spurs have been in talks with the versatile 21-year-old.
But having offered to raise his contract from just £1,000-per-week to £15,000-per-week, talks have stalled.
Tangana has just one year remaining on his current deal and having already made six league appearances this season despite his youth, it seems he believes he is worth more than what Spurs are offering.
Milik still on the table
Spurs are still in the race to sign Napoli star Arkadiusz Milik.
According to Calciomercato, Milik, who has been linked with Tottenham for some time, is still a target, albeit with Juventus also interested.
The Polish frontman has netted 10 times in Serie A this season and a further three times in the Champions League.
With just one year remaining on his current deal and yet to sign a new one, it has been suggested Napoli could sell this summer.
It's said the 26-year-old could be available for around €50m.
Min-Jae Kim told to stay
Min-Jae Kim looks unlikely to move this summer.
The South Korean has been linked with Tottenham and Everton but according to Sky Sports, he has been told he must stay put this summer.
His current club, Beijing Sinobo Guoan, are saying they don't want to sell their star centre-back this summer, leaving the 23-year-old 'frustrated'.
Sky Sports report it will take a 'big offer' for Guoan to consider a sale this summer despite Min-Jae having just one year remaining on his contract.
