Tottenham transfer rumours: Paulo Dybala receives bumper offer, Harry Kane's Man Utd links

Tottenham Hotspur face a pivotal clash with Liverpool on Wednesday night. The two sides currently sit at the top of the table. Liverpool are the defending champions and Spurs' ability to rival Jurgen Klopp's side shows the progress they made after an excellent summer transfer window.

The hard work, though, does not stop now and the club will continue to make plans for the looming January window and beyond.

Many big-name players have been linked with a move to Spurs recently. We have an update on one here.

We also have updates on the futures of Harry Kane and Gareth Bale, with the former previously linked with a move to Manchester United.

Here is a round-up of the latest Spurs transfer rumours.

Crystal Palace 1 -1 Tottenham Hotspur: Jose Mourinho post-match press conference

Harry Kane might have changed mind on United move

In March, Harry Kane admitted that he would leave Tottenham if he felt the club was no longer progressing and challenging for Premier League titles and other trophies.

That spurred links with United, who have reportedly long been admirers of the striker, dating back to Loius van Gaal's time at the club in 2015.

However, with Spurs enjoying a terrific start to the season and Kane firing under Jose Mourinho, the Express asks whether the striker has changed his mind on a potential move to Old Trafford.

The report states that United have long been interested in Kane, but revealed that the striker might have had a change of heart now that Spurs are performing so well.

Juventus submit bumper offer to Paulo Dybala

With 18 months remaining on his contract, Juventus have reportedly offered a bumper new contract to attacker Paulo Dybala in a desperate attempt to keep the Argentinian.

Dybala previously said that Juventus have not yet made a contract offer. However, Tuttosport via ESPN reports quotes from Juventus president Andrea Agnelli that state that a bumper offer has been submitted.

Per the report, Agnelli said that the new contract would make Dybala one of "the top 20 best-paid players in Europe." Agnelli reportedly said that Juventus have a "big love" for Dybala and see him as a future captain of the club.

Dybala has been linked with a move to Spurs in the past, especially when Mauricio Pochettino was manager.

Gareth Bale wants Real Madrid swansong

Per AS via the Daily Mail, Gareth Bale wants a swansong season at Real Madrid when he finishes his loan campaign with Tottenham.

Bale is currently on loan with Spurs but will have a year remaining on his Madrid contract at the end of the season. With his long-term future still up in the air, this report claims that the Welshman would like to prove his worth in the Spanish capital.

Madrid signed Bale for a then-world-record fee in 2013, but the 31-year-old endured a turbulent spell and fell out with manager Zinedine Zidane in recent years.

However, with Madrid now struggling and Zidane under increasing pressure, Bale is said to be carefully monitoring his former manager's progress. If Zidane is sacked or resigns before the end of the season, Bale could look to earn a starting role at Madrid once again.
