Tottenham could finally make an official offer for Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar this week after already agreeing terms with the player, according to Corriere Dello Sport via Sport Witness.
Inter are prepared to part ways with the defender and he is keen on a move to the Premier League to join Jose Mourinho's side.
However, the Serie A outfit are looking to recoup a fee of around €50-60m from the transfer - almost double the €35m Spurs thought he would cost.
A transfer is in the interest of 'all parties' though, as Inter are looking to raise funds for their own business - which may include luring N'Golo Kante from Chelsea.
Arkadiusz Milik talks
Tottenham have held 'concrete' talks with Napoli regarding a deal for striker Arkadiusz Milik, Corriere Dello Sport via Sport Witness reports.
The striker is currently training on his own in Naples, as the Serie A side look to move him on, with potential moves to Roma and Juventus drying up.
A move to the Premier League, therefore, is his most likely destination and the report says the Poland international has his bags packed ready for a move.
Spurs are eying the striker as support to Harry Kane and a deal looks increasingly likely to take place before the October 5th deadline.

AC Milan remain locked in talks with Tottenham regarding a deal to take Serge Aurier away from north London, RMC Sport states.
It's reported that the Serie A side held discussions with Spurs on Thursday, despite the Ivorian featuring in the Europa League against Shkendija that evening.
The 27-year-old is one of the players Spurs are looking to offload before the end of the window, as the former PSG man has fallen down the pecking order further since the signing of Matt Doherty.
