Tottenham told Patson Daka is not interested in move with Napoli demanding €30m for Arkadiusz Milik

Tottenham have been among the clubs tracking promising Red Bull Salzburg forward Patson Daka.

However, the agent of the 21-year-old Zambian, former Spurs striker Freddie Kanoute, has informed his old club that his client wants to stay in Austria this summer.

Napoli's Arkadiusz Milik is also on Spurs' radar but the Italian club's demands of around €30million (£27.6m) for the Poland striker, who has just one year remaining on his contract, are proving a sticking point.

Meanwhile, Genoa are in talks over a move for Danny Rose but the left-back is not convinced about a move to the Serie A relegation-battlers, having set his sights higher. Rose has been training away from the Spurs first team this summer after returning from a loan at Newcastle.

Giovani Lo Celso is a doubt for Sunday's curtain-raiser against Everton through injury but Harry Winks should be available after missing England's Nations League double-header.
