Tottenham and Arsenal look set to do battle for Real Madrid man Dani Ceballos this summer.
Ceballos is fresh from starring at the European U21 Championships this summer, helping his country to victory with two goals and two assists in the tournament.
The 22-year-old is keen to get a regular run in the first team, having started just 17 La Liga games for Real Madrid in two seasons at the Bernabeu.
Real boss Zinedine Zidane has told him that he is unlikely to get the 40 games that he wants in Spain next season, but at the same time Los Blancos are reluctant to lose a player of his talent permanently.
Real are keen to send him out on loan, with a view to a permanent transfer down the line, as long as a re-sale clause is entered into the contract.
And both north London rivals have been linked with a move for the midfielder this summer.

That has given Arsenal hope of securing a loan deal for Ceballos, but according to the bookmakers it is still Tottenham who are favourites to sign him.
