Tottenham team vs West Ham confirmed: Bergwijn, Lucas, Skipp, Hojbjerg, Reguilon and Doherty in

Antonio Conte has made six changes to his Tottenham Hotspur side as they welcome West Ham United in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.

Spurs finally returned to action on Sunday following their two-week hiatus from matches due to their Covid outbreak and then Leicester's own problems.

On Sunday, Conte's men were involved in a thrilling 2-2 draw against Liverpool with a number of players making rare starts this season in the Premier League.

With a fitter squad as more players recover their strength after their Covid isolations, the Italian has changed up his starting XI again for the cup derby against the Hammers.

There is a start for Matt Doherty at right wing-back and Lucas Moura and Steven Bergwijn up front.

Oliver Skipp and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg both start in the midfield with Sergio Reguilon back from injury at left wing-back.

Here is the team Conte has chosen to face David Moyes' men:

Lloris; Sanchez, Dier, Davies; Doherty, Skipp, Hojbjerg, Reguilon; Lucas, Kane, Bergwijn.

Subs: Gollini, Tanganga, Son, winks, Emerson, Rodon, Lo Celso, Dele, Ndombele.
