Jose Mourinho has made two changes to his Tottenham Hotspur side as they welcome Manchester City for the return of the Premier League.
The Tottenham boss is without Matt Doherty, who tested positive for COVID-19 while on international duty with the Republic of Ireland.
Mourinho has been managing Gareth Bale 's fitness carefully and he has benched him for the City match after four starts in five matches as the Welshman continues to seek full fitness following his return from injury.
That leaves a spot for Steven Bergwijn, who has been chosen ahead of Lucas Moura to start on the right alongside Harry Kane and Son Heung-min.
Bergwijn is fit again following an injury that kept him out of the match at West Brom and saw him return from international duty and having scored against City on his debut in the corresponding match last season.
Erik Lamela is in the final stages of his return from an Achilles injury while Mourinho added that Harry Winks returned from England duty with a "little problem".
Doherty's absence means Serge Aurier starts and the central defensive duo of Toby Alderweireld and Eric Dier continues together.
The midfield trio of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Moussa Sissoko and Tanguy Ndombele also start in tandem once again for another big game.
