Antonio Conte has named his Tottenham team to face AC Milan in the Champions League round of 16 first leg tie on Tuesday night.
The Spurs boss is without captain Hugo Lloris, Rodrigo Bentancur, Yves Bissouma and Ryan Sessegnon, all out with long-term injuries, and he also has Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg suspended from the match at the San Siro. Conte had already indicated that he would name a young midfield pairing in 20-year-old Pape Matar Sarr and 22-year-old Oliver Skipp rather than push Eric Dier back into a role in the centre of the pitch.
Elsewhere the main decisions for Conte lay in defence where Cristian Romero is back after his Premier League suspension and the Italian has chosen to bring Clement Lenglet in for Ben Davies.

Emerson Royal replaces Pedro Porro at right wing-back after the Spaniard's tough debut at Leicester. Up front, Conte has stuck with his front three of Dejan Kulusevski, Harry Kane and Son Heung-min.
Among the 10 substitutes is 18-year-old academy midfielder Alfie Devine as the only other fit central midfielder eligible to play.
