Tottenham Hotspur defender Davinson Sanchez has posted a photo of himself out training in the right way after recent criticism.
The Colombian made headlines with team-mates and head coach Jose Mourinho in the week after falling foul of government guidelines on Tuesday.
Mourinho met up with Tanguy Ndombele to deliver a one-on-one session for the Frenchman on a stretch of grassland near his home, although two other people - not employed by Spurs - also joined in.
While social distancing was observed, the meet-up broke lockdown guidelines as you are only meant to exercise locally with members of your own household.
Sanchez was also caught up the controversy on the same day after he was caught on video appearing to run side-by-side with team-mate Ryan Sessegnon.
The two young Tottenham players live in the same building complex, along with Ndombele, but not in the same household.
After posting the #PlayersTogether statement on Wednesday about Premier League players' plans to help the NHS and those in need through a new charity, Sanchez then made a real point of showing on Instagram on Thursday that he was out running on his own in this story photo below with the caption 'This is it'.
Mourinho apologised on Wednesday after the storm over his Ndombele session.
“I accept that my actions were not in line with government protocol and we must only have contact with members of our own household," he said.
"It is vital we all play our part and follow government advice in order to support our heroes in the NHS and save lives.”
