Tottenham Hotspur have the seventh biggest average wage bill in the Premier League, it has been revealed.
Sporting Intelligence have published the global sports salaries survey for 2019, which details the basic annual pay in the world's most popular sports leagues, not including signing-on fees, loyalty bonuses or performance add-ons.
That includes 350 teams across eight different sports, with 18 leagues across 12 different countries.
And Spurs are 62nd in the list for their wage bill, with the average annual pay standing at £3,961,043, which equates to an average weekly pay of £76,482.
That puts Tottenham up four places from last year, when they were ranked 66th in the global sports salaries list.
Spurs are above the likes of Premier League rivals Leicester City, West Ham and Crystal Palace, who are also all inside the top 100, but behind six other English top flight clubs, including Everton.
Manchester City have the highest average pay of any Premier League club, standing at £134,375 weekly, which puts them 13th on the global list.
Manchester United are next on the list of English top flight sides with an average weekly pay of £117,800, which puts them 33rd on the global list and eight places ahead of current league leaders Liverpool, whose average weekly pay is £106,492.
Arsenal (£92,120) and Chelsea (£91,808) are 44th and 45th on the global list respectively, while Everton are 57th on the global list with an average weekly pay of £78,880.
La Liga giants Barcelona top the global list with an average weekly pay of £188,993, ahead of Spanish rivals Real Madrid (£171,611) and Serie A champions Juventus, who are third on the list with an average weekly pay of £155,487.
The rest of the top ten is made up of National Basketball Association sides from America, with Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain the next football club on the list in 12th, with an average weekly pay of £137,450.
The top 50 of the list also includes teams from Major League Baseball and the Indian Premier League, with Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich in 22nd with an average weekly pay of £124,921.
According to the report, the average annual salary per player in the Premier League is £3,173,264, which is up 6.1% year on year.
