Tottenham's next six Premier League fixtures compared to West Ham, Man Utd, Wolves and Arsenal

The battle for a top four spot in the Premier League this season is ongoing and it is still up for grabs with various teams dropping points.

Tottenham are currently seventh in the table but just five points off fourth placed Man United and with two games in hand.

It is currently the Red Devils occupying the fourth spot, two points ahead of West Ham and three points behind third-placed Chelsea.

Last month Antonio Conte spoke about Spurs' prospects of gaining a Champions League place with a top four finish this season.

"For sure here the situation [is] strange because I feel the one per cent of possibility to have the ambition to finish fourth because the situation is totally different, because this league is very high and there is not a lot of space for other teams than the top teams," he admitted.

This 'one per cent' is all the Italian said he needs to fight, but it is different to what he is used to at other clubs, where he is used to battling to top the table.

"They asked me about the Champions League and I said I need to feel one per cent possibility to fight for a Champions League place," Conte reiterated after some confusion on his statement. "For sure this is not my target, for sure this is not my target but when I decide to come here, I understood that the only target we could fight for would be this."

Tottenham's next six Premier League fixtures

Everton (H) - March 7

Spurs' next fixture is a return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Monday after three away matches in a row.

The clash will welcome Dele Alli back to his former club's ground and is a good time for Conte's side to get three points from a side that have won just six out of 24 games so far this season.

Having said that, The Toffees are just a point off the relegation zone and Frank Lampard will need his side to turn up with the fight they need to help them get some much needed points on the table.

Man United (A) - March 12

One of Tottenham's biggest games of their next six is a trip to Old Trafford, which has provided a mixture of results in the last few seasons.

The Red Devils will play Spurs in between their fixture against Man City and a Champions League match, so it will be a busy week and a half for Man United.

The match could be key in the top four race and one both sides will be fighting to win.

Brighton (A) - March 16

Just a few days later the Lilywhites will travel to play their rescheduled fixture against Brighton, a game they will hope to get three points from after beating the Seagulls 3-1 in the FA Cup fourth round.

Tottenham are currently nine points ahead of Graham Potter's side and have a game in hand, but with the attractive football they play, it isn't likely to be an easy game.

West Ham (H) - March 20

Another key game in the battle for a top four spot is against David Moyes' side, who are currently three points ahead of Tottenham but have played two more games.

Conte will hope the home advantage will help his side come out on top in the London derby and he can lead his side to the second win against West Ham, since his Spurs chapter began.

Newcastle United (H) - April 3

The Lilywhites will then have a gap before their Premier League fixtures return as they pause for another international break.

The Magpies are currently 14th in the table and have only won five games this season.

With some players getting a rest over the break, Conte will hope his side are fresh for the home game and it will be another three points secured.

Aston Villa (A) - April 9

Spurs then travel to Villa Park for their first away fixture of the month and will hope to secure all of the points from another mid-table side.

By the time this match comes along, the Premier League table could look very different but with Aston Villa currently 12 points behind Tottenham, it will be another game Conte's side will be expected to win.
