Tottenham Hotspur are now a week into the reign of Nuno Espirito Santo and the club's first friendly match is nearing.
The Portuguese has been working with Spurs' returning non-internationals on the pitches at Hotspur Way after completing his self-isolation period.
The 47-year-old must get his ideas across quickly because not only do Espirito Santo's men face their first friendly in eight days' time at Leyton Orient but the start of the Premier League season brings matches against Manchester City, Chelsea and Arsenal within the opening six games.
There are also transfer links to the club in Barcelona's Miralem Pjanic, Bologna's Takehiro Tomiyasu and others across Europe, with Spurs' new managing director of football Fabio Paratici's involvement bringing with it reports galore connecting the club with most players currently plying their trade in Italy.
Harry Kane is also flying now at the Euros, leading England into a historic final and for now speculation over his future at Spurs has been consigned to the background.
