Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte will not be in the dugout for the upcoming London derby against West Ham United.
The Italian recently underwent surgery to remove his gallbladder and was expected to be absent for at least a month but returned after just two weeks.
Conte oversaw the UEFA Champions League fixture against AC Milan on Tuesday night but stayed behind in Italy after their Champions League defeat for his check-up.

And the former Chelsea boss will now remain in his homeland, with Spurs' assistant manager Cristian Stellini assuming first-team responsibility.
A statement on Tottenham's official website read : "Following a routine post-operation check in Italy yesterday (Wednesday), Antonio Conte will remain at his family home to further and fully recover from his recent gallbladder surgery.
"Health is the most important consideration and everyone at the club wishes him well. Cristian Stellini will assume first team responsibility."
The Hammers travel to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday looking to continue their recent unbeaten run, following a win against Everton and back to back draws against Newcastle United and Chelsea.
