Tottenham predicted team vs West Ham: Oliver Skipp starts as Conte makes Pedro Porro decision

Tottenham can move back into the top four if they can overcome West Ham United at home in the Premier League on Sunday.

Antonio Conte and Cristian Stellini will pick the Spurs team together for the match. Conte is currently in Italy recovering fully after returning too early following emergency surgery to remove his gallbladder this month. The 53-year-old will liaise with his assistant Stellini over selecting the Spurs starting line-up to face David Moyes' Hammers at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

There are a few key decisions for the Tottenham coaching duo to make following the 1-0 Champions League defeat in the San Siro against AC Milan on Tuesday night.

The shining lights of the team that night were 20-year-old Pape Matar Sarr and 22-year-old Oliver Skipp in a young midfield pairing. However, with Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg back after his suspension one of the youngsters will be dropped to make way for the experienced Dane and Skipp's experience of a number of derbies over Sarr's one last month could make the difference.

Other decisions will come on the left of the back three between Ben Davies and Clement Lenglet and also whether Pedro Porro comes back in for Emerson Royal at right wing-back after a tough debut at Leicester.

Up front, all of Spurs' attacking trio struggled in Milan and Conte and Stellini must decide whether to bring in one or more of Richarlison, Arnaut Danjuma and Lucas Moura to freshen things up.

Here is the Tottenham team we reckon Conte and Stellini will select:

3-4-3: Forster; Romero, Dier, Davies; Porro, Skipp, Hojbjerg, Perisic; Kulusevski, Kane, Richarlison.
