Tottenham predicted team vs RB Leipzig: Switch for Lo Celso as 2 young stars given Mourinho nod

Jose Mourinho must pick a Tottenham Hotspur team that can keep RB Leipzig out but also ensure the visitors score at least twice in the Red Bull Arena.

As always this season it's about which players are fit enough to pull on the Tottenham shirt.

Harry Kane, Son Heung-min, Moussa Sissoko, Ben Davies, Juan Foyth and Steven Bergwijn have remained home in the UK, with the latter ruled out for the remainder of the season with his ankle injury.

The players who did not start at Burnley will likely come into the team, including Harry Winks, Giovani Lo Celso, Serge Aurier and Lucas Moura and possibly Gedson Fernandes as well.

Should 21-year-old Gedson come into the team then Lo Celso could well switch to a more advanced role, dropping back when required to make a midfield three.

Mourinho also indicated that 19-year-old Ryan Sessegnon could start in Germany although Tanguy Ndombele is unlikely to start again after the head coach criticised his display on Saturday.

The Portuguese must also decide whether to stick with the back three he started at Turf Moor with or go with four at the back as he switched to in the second half.

Here's the team we reckon Mourinho will pick:

(3-4-2-1) Lloris; Sanchez, Dier, Alderweireld; Aurier, Gedson, Winks, Sessegnon, Lucas, Lo Celso; Alli.
