Hugo Lloris
Had little to do for the first 78 minutes of the game but did flap at one corner after that which eventually led to a Bowen shot hitting the post. 6
Serge Aurier
Defended well at the back and little got down his side. Had less success at the other end of the pitch despite getting in some good positions. 7
Davinson Sanchez
His partnership with Dier is growing and he was rarely troubled by the West Ham attacks, other than one shakey moment in the second half as he lost Fornals. 7
Eric Dier
Growing into a real leader in the backline and you could hear him talking to the defence throughout. Won almost everything in the air and on the deck. 8
Ben Davies
Got in some dangerous crosses late in the first half, the second of which Lucas really should have put away. Had a good battle with Bowen down his flank and was one of Spurs' best players on the day and should have had that assist. 8
Moussa Sissoko
Growing in fitness and while his touch let him down at times, he covered plenty of the pitch in possession and out of it. 7
Giovani Lo Celso
A class above most others in the first half and denied his first Premier League assist for Spurs by that VAR offside call. Set up Kane just before the hour mark for what should have been a goal for the England captain. In the end it was his corner that deflected into the West Ham goal via another body and then Soucek. 8
Lucas Moura
Had Spurs' first real chance with an effort from distance tipped over the bar. Had all the time in the world in the box just before half-time from a Davies ball across bit hit a weak effort well off target. His usual industrious display but with little end product. 5
Dele Alli
Huffed and puffed but provided little in the way of quality or service for Kane. Replaced after 60 minutes by Lamela. 4
Son Heung-min
Struggled to get into the game in the first half before coming alive late on to cut in and fire the ball home, only for VAR to rule it offside. He played Kane through perfectly for his goal late on and ultimately he got the assist which bumps up his score. 7
Harry Kane
Had a couple of half chances in the first half which was more than he had in the entirety of Friday night. Still had to come deep to make up for the lack of service. Sent a clever backheel at goal early in the second half that was blocked by the keeper before curling an effort over. His best chance of the bunch came from a Spurs break with Lo Celso playing him in but he rolled his shot wide. He finally got his goal though with eight minutes to go, running clear and burying the shot before collapsing in what looked like equal measures of relief and being knackered. His 137th goal in 200 Premier League appearances and his eighth in 12 matches for Mourinho. Got the goal his efforts deserved and it in turn bumped up his score. 8

Erik Lamela
Ran through and hit a shot into the side-netting within minutes of coming on. He won the ball back to start the break Kane scored from. 7
Steven Bergwijn
Worked hard when he came on, both attacking and tracking back, earning praise from the bench. Sent a late shot into the side-netting. 7
Harry Winks
Replaced Son in the final ten minutes. N/A
