Lucas Moura gave Spurs hope early after the break and soon added his second to leave Mauricio Pochettino's men one goal away from making the final.
And it arrived in the last minute of stoppage time the winner arrived as Moura slotted home to spark wild scenes on the Tottenham bench and on the pitch.
