Tottenham on TV: How to watch Spurs August TV fixtures - Schedule, kick-off times and channels

Antonio Conte’s first full season in charge of Tottenham will get underway away from the glare of the live TV cameras, with their opening-day clash with Southampton being handed a traditional 3pm Saturday kick-off time.

Saints enjoyed a dramatic victory over Conte’s side in February, twice coming from behind to win 3-2 and home fans will be hoping for much less drama this time around against a Southampton outfit who ended the 2021/22 campaign with nine defeats in 12.

However, the clash is the only one of five Spurs’ games in August that hasn’t been earmarked for live coverage.

Football.london has details of how you can catch the other four.

Sunday, August 14: Chelsea vs Tottenham (4.30pm kick-off)

It’s too early to read much into the result but that won’t stop Sky Sports hyping this all-London clash as if it’s a title decider. It may, however, provide an early indication as to who are the most likely team to threaten Manchester City and Liverpool’s Premier League dominance. A draw then.

You can watch it on Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Ultra.

Last season’s home clash with Wolves rounded off a three-game losing streak for Conte’s men. The other two teams in that sequence? Southampton and Chelsea.

The game is being broadcast on BT Sport 1 and BT Ultimate.

Sunday, August 28: Nottingham Forest vs Tottenham (4.30pm kick-off)

Spurs’ last visit to the City Ground for a top-flight match came way back in April 1999 when they won 1-0. It completed a rare double, with Forest having won ten and drawn three of the 14 meetings in all competitions prior to that campaign.

You can see if Spurs can make it three wins on the bounce via Sky Sports Main Event, Sky Sports Premier League and Sky Sports Ultra.

Wednesday, August 31: West Ham vs Tottenham (7.45pm kick-off)

Spurs travel the short distance to the London Stadium to take on a West Ham side who won the corresponding fixture 1-0 last season in the penultimate game of Nuno Espirito Santo’s reign.

It forms part of a full schedule of midweek Premier League fixtures and can be viewed on BT Sport 2.
