Spurs players back in training

A number of Tottenham players returned to Hotspur Way earlier this week following their mid-season break. With domestic football currently on pause at present as the World Cup is in full swing, those not involved in the tournament in Qatar were given time off by Antonio Conte and his coaching team.

Following a hectic schedule since the start of September with games on the calendar every few days, the mini-break will certainly have been welcomed by the players so they can relax and recharge ahead of the festive fixtures.

How Juventus' board exodus could impact Spurs' McKennie and Rabiot wishes

Reports are suggesting that Juve's ongoing situation could be as damaging as 2006 after the club's entire board resigned on Monday.

As a result, some of their most prized assets may want to move on from the club. Plenty of their stars have been linked with transfers away from Italy regardless, but ongoing uncertainty about Juve's status could lead to some agents looking at potential moves for their clients.

Two of those are Adrien Rabiot and Weston McKennie. Both midfielders have been linked with moves to London clubs Tottenham and Chelsea. In the case of Rabiot, the Frenchman's contract expires at the end of the season. Meanwhile, McKennie's deal doesn't expire until June 2025.
