Heung-min Son has handed Tottenham a boost ahead of the weekend visit of Manchester City.
The forward was forced to self-isolate following a coronavirus outbreak in the South Korea squad saw five players test positive.
Son returned a negative test and joined the 19-man squad to face Qatar in a friendly on Tuesday, in which Son assisted one goal in the 2-1 win.
The squad were due to fly back to their respective domestic clubs on Wednesday, but Spurs reportedly had other ideas.
Spurs were keen to get their player back to England as soon as possible and laid on a private jet for the forward who has 10 goals in 13 games this season.
Son on Tuesday afternoon posted a picture of himself at an airport, with the game in Austria finishing around 3pm GMT, ahead of taking a flight.
Spurs welcome City to N17 on Saturday evening, looking for a win which could again take them temporarily top of the Premier League table.
