Tottenham news: Moussa Sissoko and January transfer plans, Wilfried Zaha link, Lo Celso decision

The transfer window is open and Spurs are struggling for form.

It all points to a busy month of negotiating doesn't it?

Well, perhaps not.

Spurs drew 1-1 with Championship side Middlesbrough in the third round of the FA Cup on Sunday, meaning they will have a replay back in N17 in a week's time.

Another game is hardly what they want, but that's what they've got.

Plus, there's been an update on the injury Moussa Sissoko picked up against Southampton, and it is not good news.

Spurs have confirmed that Sissoko is likely to miss at least three months of football after undergoing surgery on his right knee.

The midfielder suffered an injury to his medial collateral ligament, and will be aiming to return to training in early April .

Zaha links

Wilfried Zaha has been linked with a move to Spurs.

The winger has appointed a new agent, and he is reportedly trying to tempt Spurs into making a move for the Ivory Coast international.

Lo Celso decision

Tottenham Hotspur's decision over whether to make Giovani Lo Celso's loan a permanent move this month will show their belief in Jose Mourinho as well as the player.
