Spurs have reportedly submitted their interest in Porto winger Luiz Diaz.
The 23-year-old is believed to be highly rated by Jose Mourinho, who is eager to sign the Colombian international this summer.
According to the Portuguese publication Record, Diaz is a main target for Spurs in the transfer window as Mourinho looks to bolster his options in wide areas.
The winger joined Porto from Colombian side Junior last summer for a fee of around £6.5million but could soon be on his way to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Diaz played 29 times in the Portuguese top flight last season, scoring six goals and assisting five times.
