Tottenham lineup vs KF Shkendija: Confirmed team news, predicted XI and latest Europa League injury list

Harry Kane has been rested for Tottenham's clash against KF Shkendija tonight.

Mourinho is not taking the Europa League qualifiers lightly, but the cancellation of Tuesday's Carabao Cup tie against Leyton Orient may have prompted the Tottenham boss to rotate his side more than originally planned in North Macedonia.

Joe Hart makes his debut with Hugo Lloris also among the subs, while Serge Aurier is also handed his first start of the season, even while his future remains uncertain.

Sergio Reguilon is not part of the squad, so Ben Davies continues at left-back, leaving the Spaniard free to face Newcastle on Sunday.

Tanguy Ndombele and Harry Winks start in midfield with Giovani Lo Celso saved for the weekend.

Dele Alli starts his first game of the season with Heung-min Son leading the attack after his four-goal haul at the weekend.

Tottenham starting XI: Hart: Aurier, Sanchez, Alderweireld, Davies; Winks, Ndombele; Lamela, Alli, Bergwijn; Son.

Subs: Lloris, Doherty, Kane, Dier, Sissoko, Lo Celso, Lucas Moura.

Shkendija starting XI: Zahov; Murati, Krivak, Bejtulai (c), Pavic; Totre, Dita; Nafiu, Ahmedi, Doriev; Ibraimi.

Subs: Redjepi, Sadriu, Zejnullai, Merdjani, Neziri, Es Sahhal, Ramadani.
