Tottenham Hotspur legend Graham Roberts has slammed Liverpool supporters for their 'arrogance' ahead of the Champions League final in Madrid.
The Reds are seen by many as the favourites for the tie, which would be their sixth European Cup, but Spurs have proven their worth this season by securing remarkable comebacks against the likes of Manchester City and Ajax.
That will give the Lilywhites plenty of confidence ahead of the Champions League final, as they have shown they can cope with the pressure and have displayed a never say die attitude, but that seems to be overlooked by many Liverpool fans.
Roberts was less than impressed with a clip he saw on Friday morning of Liverpool supporters arriving in Madrid ahead of Saturday's game, as they all appeared to be over confident and not seeing Spurs as a threat.
That did not sit well with the ex-Spurs man, who hit back on social media.
"You have to laugh at the Liverpool supporters at the airport on Sky Sports News, think they've won the cup already is arrogance at it's best," he posted on Twitter.
"Think it be closer than you think. COYS let's show them how good we are!"
