Tottenham are assessing Dele Alli after the midfielder was forced off during Sunday’s win at Fulham with his third hamstring injury of the season.
He was due to report to medical staff for tests to determine the severity of the problem suffered in the second half of the victory at Craven Cottage.
Speaking to Sky Sports post-match, Pochettino said: "We all see the reaction, he suffered an injury in is left hamstring.
"We need to assess him in next few days, we hope it is not a big issue.
"But first of all, we need to assess."
Spurs visit Chelsea in the Carabao Cup semi-final, second leg on Thursday, leading 1-0 from Wembley, and they are already without Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son, who is competing at the Asian Cup with South Korea.
Lucas Moura, who last played in Tottenham's 7-0 victory over Tranmere on January 4, is fit for Thursday following a knee injury.
