Tottenham Hotspur have suffered another potentially significant injury blow ahead of their double header with Manchester City.

Posted on Instagram, the video shows the England international wearing a cast on his arm and the caption also hints that Alli may miss forthcoming matches, as it said 'gutted you won't be playing Fortnite for a while'.
If that is the case, Tottenham could be without both Kane and Alli for the second leg of the Champions League showdown at the Etihad Stadium next Wednesday and the Premier League clash that follows.
That would provide Pep Guardiola's side with a boost, as they seek to overturn their defeat in north London to seal a spot in the semi-finals of the Champions League and aim to successfully defend their Premier League campaign amid a stern fight with Liverpool.
