Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane makes Man City Champions League prediction

Harry Kane has predicted that the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final between Man City and Tottenham Hotspur will be 'something special.'

The clash will be the second game to take place in Tottenham's new state of the art stadium, which is sure to heighten the occasion.

Spurs finally moved into their new home on Wednesday after playing at Wembley for the last two seasons and it certainly was an impressive sight.

Tottenham marched to a 2-0 victory against Crystal Palace and were roared on by a new capacity 62,000 crowd, with 17,500 of them sitting in the South Stand behind the goal that has been dubbed 'The Wall'.

After playing in the maiden win at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Kane expects Tuesday's quarter-final to be just as spectacular an occasion.

Kane said the new stadium immediately felt like home and, as he alludes to, it could be a big advantage for Spurs when City travel to the stadium for the first time.

However, City have a good recent record against Spurs and haven't lost against them since 2016.

It looks set to be a thrilling European encoutner.
