Mauricio Pochettino could have a new-look defence next season.
Kieran Trippier completed a £20million move to Atletico Madrid on Wednesday, and he could be followed out of the Tottenham exit door too.
Danny Rose has been left at home as the Spurs squad go on tour of Singapore and China, with Spurs confirming that it was because he was exploring options with other clubs.
Serge Aurier has been linked with an exit this summer, too, which would mean a complete change in the full-backs department.
Add to that the fact that question marks remain over Toby Alderweireld's future, with the Belgian available for £25million until July 25, and Pochettino has a bit of work to do in the final weeks of the transfer window.
But one player has handed the Spurs boss a timely boost by admitting that he has no intention of leaving.

Jan Vertonghen has arguably been Tottenham's best defender in the last few seasons - a consistent rock at the back for Pochettino.
And while he is also entering the final year of his current deal in N17, he does not plan on going anywhere.
Speaking to reporters in Singapore, the 32-year-old said: "I've got a year left, I will have to see what happens.
"I love being here. I feel great with the manager, he’s been supporting me and making me a better player.
"I’ve got everything I want. It’s the best club to play for at the moment."
