Tottenham Hale stabbing: Teenager fighting for his life after being knifed at north London retail park

A man is fighting for his life after he was stabbed at a retail park in north London.

The 18-year-old was stabbed at Tottenham Hale Retail Park on Sunday.

Police said he remained in a life-threatening condition on Monday.

Cordons remained in place outside JD Sports and Boots on Monday morning, as police questioned two male suspects.

A Met spokeswoman said: “Police were called at approximately 4.15pm on Sunday to reports of a man found suffering stab injuries in Hanover Road.

“Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and the man, believed to be 18 years old, was taken to an east London hospital for treatment.

“His injuries have been assessed as life-threatening.

“The incident is believed to have taken place in nearby Tottenham Retail Park.”

Two suspects were arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon.

Tottenham Hale Retail Park has 24 stores. The Standard was unable to reach its management office for comment on Monday.
